This project was a part of an international project carried out simultaneously in four countries (Poland, Austria, Slovakia and the UK). Its purpose was to develop and disseminate a concept of global education teaching enabling systematic incorporation of global education to school classes. The project was addressed to junior high school teachers (in particular to social studies, English, history and art teachers). A global education teaching concept was developed, whose guidelines are presented in a publication entitled ‘Global education during practical classes in junior high school’. A publication ‘Global education at social studies classes’ was released in 1000 copies. Additionally, three global education scripts addressed to history, English and art teachers were released in electronic form. The project involved a working seminar dedicated to developing a concept of global education teaching attended by 20 participants, as well as two teacher training courses attended by 20 participants. Twelve meetings of working groups developing educational resources (5 members in each of the four groups) were organised, too. Altogether, direct beneficiaries of the project included 2 000 teachers. Educational resources prepared as part of the project along with information about other related activities are available at www.ceo.org.pl/pl/globalna.
