A volunteer of the Polish Aid Volunteering Programme will have the following expenses covered:

• insurance
• travel costs (international trip to the place of implementation of the project and local trips)
• meals and accommodation (in accordance with the tariffs established in the Regulations for the call for proposals)

There is also an array of training sessions included in the programme:

• an MFA training
• a pre-trip training (a training preceding the trip organised by the sending organisation)
• an on-site training and language course (organised upon the arrival at the destination)
• an evaluation meeting after the conclusion of the project

Additionally, while carrying out foreseen activities, a volunteer is under supervision and guidance of the receiving organisation on the one hand, and the sending organisation on the other.
