Description: On 9th February 2009 during the meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski with the Palestinian National Authority Minister of Foreign Affairs Riad Al-Malki a framework agreement on development co-operation between the Polish and Palestinian MFA was signed.
